Q Can I pick up items on the same day I order them?

A In most cases we make up orders straight away or first thing if they are ordered at night, so if you give us an hour we should have your order ready. To be sure, you can phone the shop on 07900301975 or chat on the webpage. 

Q Can I have any items gift wrapped?

A Yes, we offer free gift wrap on any item purchased. Our standard wrap is luxury gold with white and gold paper ribbon and a gift tag. you can also buy Caroline Gardner or East of India wrap and request us to use it for you. We will put the remainder of your wrap in your order for you. You can ask for gift wrap and specify your needs in the info box at the checkout. You can ask for specific items to be made into parcels together etc. 

Q Can I send a gift direct to the recipient?

A Yes, we can take the price off, wrap and parcel a gift for you and send it directly to the recipient without invoice or paperwork. All you have to do is put the recipient's name and details in the shipping details and add that it is a direct gift in the add notes box at checkout. 

Q Can I add a message?

A Yes, you can add a free gift tag on your gift with a personal message. We print your message onto our white gift tags and add it to your gift. All you have to do is add your message in the info box at the checkout. If you are worried that your message didn't go through just add it to the chat or message us.

Q Can I pre-order items for special occasions and have them sent closer to the time? 

A Yes, we only need a delivery date in the add notes box and we will book the courier to send your gift closer to the date. So, if their birthday isn't for a little while you can still be organised and know that it will get there at the right time. 

Q How long do Rosie's Chocolates last and how should I store them?

A Ages! From your order date our chocolates have at least a six month shelf life and can be kept in a cool place (not refrigerated) - if you can resist them!

Q Do you deliver locally?

A We do offer a delivery service in Arbroath which is free over £25 or £2.50 under £25. If you live further away and would like a delivery to a friend or family member in Arbroath, we will waive that fee. You can always phone us to enquire about this service on our order & hamper line 07985133900.

Q Can we ask you for contributions or prizes for our fundraising?

A As you can imagine, we have a constant stream of enquiries for contributions. We have a community allocation each year and do our own fundraising for our favourite local charities and organisations. The criteria for contributions is that the fundraising must directly help or support the Arbroath community. Once our annual contribution allocation is depleted we cannot offer support until the following year. Any enquiries should be directed to contact@rosiesboutiquearbroath.co.uk

Q Can you supply chocolates, favours, party bags etc?

A Yes! call with your budget and requirements and we can discuss packages to suit your needs - from a sleepover to a wedding, we can help you create bespoke favours or party bags to enhance your event.

Q Can I order a personalised Terramundi money pot?

A Yes, we order Terramundi money pots every three months January, April, July, October (Christmas orders in this one) a personalised Terramundi money pot is £25 for the original size and £55 for a giant size. Q Can we order a hamper or gift for a colleague or friend's retirement, baby shower, wedding etc? 

A Yes!
